Complaints
COMPLAINTS 

If you are not completely satisfied with the way that we have not handled your purchase we would ask you to use the contact form us to let us know so that we may try to address the issues causing you a problem.  

How to contact us:

Please use the contact form above or the chat facility below to make contact or if you prefer you may write to Annies Antics at the address above or send an email.

When to contact us:

Please contact Annies Antics as soon as possible and certainly within 30days to enable us to try to resolve your issue quickly.

What information to provide:

Please outline your complaint and let us know what you would like us to do to resolve the problem. Please tell us your name and address and any invoice number (if appropriate).

How we will handle your complaint:

We aim to contact you as soon as possible after receipt of your complaint and the maximum time you may have to wait would normally be 28 days. Please note I am a sole trader and I may not see your message immediately.

External complaints procedures

  • Confidentiality and data protection: We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office [ICO] and if we do not resolve your complaint re the use of your data, to your satisfaction you can complain online or contact the ICO. helpline 0303 123 1113. Our registration number is C1332831 [please see our privacy policy for further details]

  • Legislation protecting your rights: Citizens Advice provide a helpline 0808 223 1133 & a service to assist people to complain to retailers read more. You can find out more information about the service that they offer on this link. Please note that Citizens Advice can contact Trading Standards if you need this assistance to resolve your issue. They also assist with refunds and chargebacks.

  • Financial complaints: For problems arising from processing payments through a third party provider you can complain and ask Annies Antics to resolve an issue with WIX Pay and complain direct to your card provider, bank, PayPal, Apple Pay,  If your complaint is not resolved you may be able to complain to the Financial Ombudsman.
