I don't want my details to be public - what can I do?Annies Antics does not ask people to sign in to make a purchase. We would prefer that anyone choosing to sign in for a particular purpose - ie Wishlist may keep all their details private. You can do this on your 'My Account' page in the 'Privacy Settings'. See link below to check if your details are shared or private, If you have signed in and you think your details are public ie shared with other members on the site, follow these instructions to make your details private.

Can I pay by card?Annies Antics accepts all major credit and debit cards and payments are processed by WIX payments, at the checkout you can also choose, PayPal, PayPal pay later or Apple Pay. If you prefer to pay by BAC's or cheque please send us a message and if we are able to we will reserve the item for you until your payment is received and your cheque has cleared.

What does AF mean?When an item has some damage I am selling it AS FOUND - AF. The pictures aim to show all of the damage so that you can decide if you want to buy an item in this condition. Items may show rubs consistent with the age of the item or have a few nibbles. Please be aware that if I sell the item AF you may return it within 14 days we may not pay the postage if the damage you are concerned about was identified on the website.

How can I see a bigger picture of your items?On the item page there is a section called 'Showcase'. Click the link in this box to open a larger picture or to navigate to a Showcase page where you can see a video or find a picture that you can inspect with zoom. If you are unsure about an item and want further pictures - please contact me.

What are your opening hours?Please contact me between 10am - 2pm (London time) or leave a message on chat or the contact form and I will reply as soon as I am able. I am a sole trader when I cannot answer you quickly it means I am out searching for the quirky and original - this takes time.

Can I return items to you?We offer a returns service and will arrange collection from your home and Royal Mail (mainland UK) will bring a label when they collect. If there is a fault the return is free of charge for all other returns the cost of the postage will be deducted from your reimbursement. Let us know within 14days if you want to return an item - or we will consider it sold

How do I return items to you?Please use our returns form - link in the footer. My item was damaged in the post - what do I do?Please take a photograph of the item and the parcel (if possible) and use our returns form to let us know. You can upload your photos to the online form - or attach to email if you would prefer. We ask you to do this as soon as possible and we will reimburse you and pay the return postage when we receive the item and verify your claim.

How can I check if an item is value for money?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
